TD Mischke is a Minnesota writer, musician, and talk show host, currently employed at WCCO radio, and City Pages, a Twin Cities alternative news, arts and entertainment weekly.
For 17 years he hosted The Mischke Broadcast on KSTP. His current radio show airs weeknights from ten to midnight at 830 on the AM dial.
Mischke's radio programs feature stream of consciousness humor, quirky callers, impromptu singing, satirical takes on the news of the day and experts on any topic he finds interesting.
In 2004, Mischke released Whistle Stop, a collection of original music. He performed songs from that CD on fellow Twin Cities’ broadcaster Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion.
In 2008 Mischke released That Kind of Day, his second collection of original songs. Both of his CDs are available at itunes.com.
